Barometer of Attitudes
Starting June 10th until July 10th the Bulgarian Institute of Public Administration will be conducting the first ever Bulgarian civil service employees survey entitled “Barometer of Attitudes”. Designed as a national scale survey it will encompass key work aspects such as learning and development, leadership and management, pay and benefits, team work, etc.
In August 2018 the EU Commission published a comparative study report entitled “Measuring Public Administration: A Feasibility study for better comparative indicators in the EU”. In the report the Commission stressed the importance of employee surveys to the development of better public services. With the “Barometer of attitudes” Bulgaria joins the other EU member-states which have already carried out such surveys.
An analytical report based on the survey results will be published on IPA’s webpage by the end of July.
In accomplishing the “Barometer of attitudes” survey IPA is supported by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria.
