The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) has extensive experience in the participation and implementation of administrative projects with both national and international funding, regularly collaborating with partners in the EU to successfully realize projects. These include the French National School of Administration (ENA), European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the Institute of Public Administration in Dublin Ireland.
IPA has successfully carried out three projects under the Phare Programme of the European Union (EU), namely to build the Institute of public administration (IPA)for training of minority groups and for the development of competencies of senior executives in the period 2001-2006.
The project “We work for the people”, strengthening the capacity of institutions to meet the challenges of modern public policies’ – Funded under Operational Programme “Good Governance”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
Improving the efficiency and quality of local and national administration through the introduction of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) as an instrument for self-evaluation and quality management, - Funded under Operational Programme “Good Governance”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund
Support for Public Administration Capacity Building in Turkmenistan
