For these reasons, managers must monitor, analyze and manage the main processes (planning, selection, training, evaluation and development, team building, turnover, etc.) by setting specific KPIs in HR.
The use of HR KPIs is at the heart of creating and maintaining a data-driven, evidence-based decision-making approach to people management and organizational development in a sustainable and principled way. Their presence will assist managers in building an organizational culture that recognizes the value of employees working for the organization.
