Концепция за развитие

Кратко въведение
Обновената концепция за развитие на ИПА е съобразена с основните стратегически документи на национално ниво, които задават нови посоки и приоритети в областта на обучението на служителите и модернизирането на държавната администрация. Тя развива и надгражда част от идеите, посочени в Концепцията за укрепване на ИПА 2014-2016 г., като отразява и ключови области на подобрение, очертани в различни анализи и проекти от последните две години.
 

Mission, vision and strategic objectives

The Institute of Public Administration of Bulgaria (hereafter IPA) is a national state institution under the governance of the Council of Ministers, responsible for strengthening the administrative capacity and improving the performance of the Bulgarian public administration. Through research, trainings and sharing of good practices IPA aims to increase the professional competencies of civil servants, to contribute to their career development.

About

The Bulgarian Institute of Public Administration (IPA) was established in 2000 as part of administrative reform in the context of forthcoming EU accession. Hence, the institution’s ’original title was Institute of Public Administration and European Integration (IPAEI). Throughout the negotiation process and following Bulgaria’s successful accession, IPA has been instrumental in facilitating the development of public administration in Bulgaria.
